LA started feeling like home when I moved into 1418 N Poinsettia PL. The location is perfect - on a calm beautiful street in a happening area full of restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. I felt that my apartment was designed in such a way that the lighting, materials, and tones were calming after a days work and that it was peaceful to wake up in on a Saturday. Eli, the landlord, was always responsive, and I felt comfortable reaching out to him for literally anything. Whether it be asking to check if a package arrived while Im on vacation or checking on my turtle when working a late night, Eli was always welcoming and reliable. I left my apartment for a career opportunity in NYC and wish Eli had an apartment for me here!

Eli was amazing and our place was very special. We loved that they took great care of the place and it was completely updated with great finishes.

My husband and I had three wonderful years of living at the Grove building on Spaulding Ave. The unit is beautiful and our landlord, Eli, was absolutely amazing. He took great care of us the whole time we lived there, super friendly and very responsive to every request we had. Seriously, if it weren't for my husband's new job in the Bay Area, we would still be living there! We really miss it. If you have an opportunity to rent any of the AriDan Properties, I would do it ASAP.

We absolutely loved living at the "Grove Property." Beyond being spacious and well laid out, the amenities and fixtures were great, and Eli was always available whenever we needed anything. I would recommend this place to anyone.
