Club Pilates

Club Pilates is a dishonest and predatory fitness club that you would be best to avoid. Classes at this club are fully book and waitlisted so class credits that you purchase, which are only usable at the beginning of the month when classes have already been filled, and expire at the end of the month, will mean that you will be paying for class credits that you will never be able to use. When you cancel your membership, they will continue to try to charge your credit card and harass you with phone calls and e-mails. This has been the most dishonest fitness club I have ever encountered and a complete waste of money. I recommend anyone looking for a Pilates Club to look elsewhere.

Super clean and spacious studio, wonderful instructors, and in a cute little complex that has a parking garage. Right next door to a Trader Joe's. What more can one ask for :D

This place has the worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life from a fitness studio. I have purchased 1 class credit for a first timer which cost $35. After a month that I still didn't get to use it, the credit disappeared from my account. I contacted the studio and they claim that the class has an expiration date of one month only! What kind of customer service it that? ONE MONTH??? This is a ridiculous short amount of time, not to mention that I paid the FULL PRICE, not a reduced promotional price! How do you want new people get to try the studio, how to they expect to gain new customers?! There are SO MANY Pilatese studios in town that will greatly appreciate your money and support. Beware!
