Jay and Gil have done it again! We gave them quite a challenge! Sell our place in record time, make us the triple-digit-profit promised, win a 10 person bidding war with a contingent-financed offer, and then re-negotiate after inspections to get us 100K off the final price. We are mind blown! Not only did they do it all... they made it easy, and got us more than we asked! Their marketing is top notch! They thrive under stress and make it a point to take on the stress of all of it for you. They are excellent at communication (day and night)! They never seemed bothered by complex and simple questions. They are truly invested. They fight for you. It is very clear they are the best!

Working with Jay and Gil to list and sell my 5 bedroom home was an incredibly positive experience. They were very efficient, communicated thoroughly throughout the process, and were essential in closing escrow. I have worked with a number of realtors in the past but Jay and Gil are definitely some of the best in the business. I engaged Jay & Gil to sell my condo in West Hollywood a few months ago, and I couldn't be happier with the result. We listed my property just as the market was turning downward, so I really didn't know what to expect. Jay & Gil were complete pros. Firstly, without paying to rent furniture, they staged my home by moving some furniture around (and hiding a lot of items). I couldn't believe how easily they completely changed the look and feel of my place. I loved this new look so much that I joked to them that I no longer want to sell. Secondly, they created a complete buying frenzy. Within a few weeks, I had 16 offers, 4 of which were all cash. They negotiated with all parties and got everyone to dramatically increase their bid. I ended up selling my home in an all-cash offer substantially above the asking price in a 10 day escrow period with NO CONTINGENCIES, and I was allowed to stay there rent free for an additional 45 days while I did some remodeling on my new home. Throughout the whole process, they effectively communicated to me what the next steps were, were very well organized in dealing with a large number of interested parties, and did an amazing job negotiating on my behalf. They're the best.
