Marty IS a full-service realtor. From our first meeting it was apparent that he knows real estate, the challenges, the complex ins and outs, and is ready to handle them ALL on behalf of his clients. We could not be happier with how he managed the sale of a family home that had been with us for 41 years. He had a good pricing strategy, understood the regulatory requirements, and brought in the Buyers. We are so happy with the final deal, the lovely family who bought our home, and all the hands-on care Marty provided. At every turn he went above and beyond. Martin sold my house in Oxnard and I couldnt be happier with the entire process! Hes an incredible realtor with so much knowledge and patience. He recommended some painting and design ideas to improve the house so it could sell easier and faster. Then he connected me with the Compass Concierge program to help me do all of those suggestions and it was so easy and fantastic! He also recommended that I stage the house which I did and it made a huge difference visually. I followed everything he suggested and the house turned out gorgeous and it sold faster then I expected it to. I was a first time seller and it was emotional for me at times and a bit confusing but he strategized every step of the way with me. He explained every detail to me and was always very calm and professional. He also had such a positive attitude, and was friendly and kind to everyone. He went above and beyond whenever needed. I would recommend him to everyone I know, thank you Martin! He is as good as it gets in the real estate world.
