One Medical: The Battery

Im very skeptical of virtual clinics turned physical, but One Medical at the Battery really exceeded my expectations. I was able to easily make an appointment through the app, and I was taken back as soon as I arrived. The check in/checkout process was extraordinarily simple given I already had my information in the app. Dr. Michael spent real time assessing my problems and discussing options/concerns. I felt heard and not rushed. I would 100% recommend to friends and family. I might move my grandma here!

Honestly, best PCP experience Ive had in a long time. I see Dr. Abdulbaaqee at this location, and shes always incredibly thorough with our appointments. Ive never felt rushed or like just a number even though I know shes probably super busy. Shes also been so helpful in solving prescription issues when my medication is out of stock or on back order. Side note, being able to message quick questions via the app makes it SO easy. Ive gotten so many problems solved just through the app alone, which is a huge time saver. Overall, definitely give this clinic a try!

Dr Bhatt is amazing - so kind, thoughtful, and professional. Highly recommend as your primary care physician

The care I received here was quality, but the billing practices this company uses are some of the most predatory and costly I've ever dealt with. Go elsewhere if you're sick.
