Beautiful, high end luxury products. Purchased 2 Artemis chairs and they are my favorite chairs in the house.

After buying a bed, nightstands and a bench we did not only experience poor quality, after that service was even worse. The bed fabric is wrinkled, they promised to take care of that, never did. The lacquered bench was slightly damaged (little scratch), they gave us a discount. The lacquered nightstands were scratched and of poor quality. We bought other nightstands from them. After that it took about three months (August to October) for them to pick these damaged nightstands up, it took about another three months (October – January) until these nightstands finally reached their warehouse and another six weeks (end of February) until they refunded the purchase price for these nightstands. I cannot count how many phone calls and emails were sent, constant follow-up with promises never kept. Walk by the store and admire the furniture, but I can’t recommend buying there.

THE INITIALS B.S. FIT THIS COMPANY PERFECTLY !!! I am a designer and deal with furniture companies on a DAILY basis - this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I found a concrete table via a google search on Ben Soleimani's website that I wanted to specify for a client. I contacted the trade dept and they sent me a quote with a link to purchase the table - where I did so. The table I ordered was delivered mid-January to a commercial receiver that handles deliveries for the design industry and delivered to my client within 2 weeks. When the delivery agent unboxed the tabletop - it was chipped and there was no concrete debris in the box. My client was there to witness this. I called to let Ben Soleimani know and they informed me of their "48 hour damage policy". They NEVER mentioned that it was "policy" to notify of damages within 48 hours when I ordered - nor was it on their website at the time of purchase (I sent them proof) - nor did the confirmation email state that policy. They also told me that the "white glove" delivery service they use delivers the package in the same manner as they pack it (crated) and takes pictures to document the delivery. NOT TRUE - I sent pictures my receiver took upon delivery of the boxes. My receiver confirmed that the boxes were indeed not crated - but that they were delivered in 2 separate boxes and changed hands several times in transit. Ben Soleimani could never produce the pictures their so-called "white glove" delivery service is supposed to take and offered no assistance to help track where the damage could have occured. They would not let me purchase a replacement top to replace the damaged piece - but offered the solution to purchase a new table (top and base) for a 30% discount and it would be a final sale. WOW - That is only 10% more than my designer discount and the table has increased in cost $1000 since last November when I originally ordered the table. AND GET THIS - they suggested that I only have them send the top to save on shipping - HA! So now I am paying for a top and base but only getting a top? And what am I supposed to do if your delivery agent fails again on a final sale? Pay another $3000 for another damaged product that you won't back??
