Dalia, the booking and her pre op team are amazing. The surgical center arrogant and doesnt take in consideration when they change your surgical date, inconvenience works both ways !

I swear Emer must be psychic because he seems to just know what to say and how to make me feel right at home! His team are incredibly knowledgeable. This was my second visit for Acne Scar Treatment and man I am at a loss for how happy I am with my time there. Thank you Dr. Emer you guys are the best!

I have very mixed feelings about Dr. Emer's practice. I would give Dr. Emer 4 - 5 stars personally, but unfortunately his staff have been 1 - 2 stars at best at getting back to me. I first saw Dr. Emer in early 2023. I had read bad reviews about scheduling and hoped it wouldn't happen to me, but I was disappointed. I wanted extensive work done - a late mid-life makeover - but despite literally Pleading 5 times with his assistants not to make the bad reviews come true, they made them come true. I tried to book my procedures 5 times via his staff and gave up after #5. Very disappointing. I can only conclude that Dr. Emer is so swamped with clients he doesn't need anyone new on the books, but I was very disappointed to be let down repeatedly. I did, however, manage to get one appointment for hand rejuvenation and was very happy with the results, but was unable to get appointments for the other procedures I wanted. I recently tried to book another appointment with him, but the office staff let me down Again. My niece who lives locally was let down on her booking her procedures too. Very disappointing.

This was actually my second consultation with Dr emers. My last one was during covid. I was pleasantly surprised because the dr recommended a different procedure to loose weight be fore moving forward with him. I loved the suggestion and we are planning to move forward.
