current resident. im basically living in a construction zone. I had leaks in my cathedral ceiling and it damaged my furniture so they took off the entire roof while i was living in the apartment. Its been more than a week living in dust, debris, loud banging and no living room and they do not care at all about the fact that i am paying 8k a month to live in my bedroom full time. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PRETTY ARCHITECTURE. MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE!!!

Foreign patrons should be warned. For reasons which remained obscure, the El Pasadero 'luxury inn' accepts no credit or debit cards. You will be expected to hand over cash for the whole of your stay. The effort to hand over several thousand dollars - especially as a foreign traveller without a US bank account - was incredibly stressful. I found the experience made me very uncomfortable and I would recommend others to avoid it.

I lived in one of Jerome Nash's apartment buildings managed by Golden State Landmark (Michael East). The building seemed very well kept and I was impressed by the charm and character of the building located in the heart of Beverly Hills. Unfortunately they hired contractors that did faulty work and put me and my daughters well being in danger. I would have thought that once my health had been seriously affected the management and Mr. Nash would have made their best efforts to clean up their mess and make sure my well being and the well being of my family was not compromised but they did the exact opposite. Jerome Nash refused my letters of communication, refused my calls, and messages. They took weeks to clean up the mess and did everything they could to cover it up. While a property may look inviting and like a safe haven, beware. Jerome and management have absolutely no sense of morality or care for anyone but themselves. If you are looking for a place to call home stay far away from his properties. This is a man that sued his own mother.

The suits are built around a wonderful central courtyard which was designed after the Arab alleyways in the villages of Southern Spain. Walking through transports you into a time when people like Montgomery Clift, Elizabeth Taylor, and James Dean occupied the building. The original architectural features are to die for. Each luxurious suite has beautifully tiled (mission tiles) bathrooms and kitchens. Professional chef kitchens have top of the line Thermador appliances. There are washer & dryers in every suite. The parking garage has keyless fob entrance and electric car charging stations. All amenities are paid, including High Speed Internet, Premium Cable, and central AC. Every suite has multiple flat screen televisions, luxurious satin bed and bath linens, full set of cookware and dishware, Nespresso coffee machines, hair dryer, iron and wireless charging alarm clocks. The onsite manager is happy to coordinate any concierge service you may need. These must be seen. There really are no words...
