I was the property manager for over 26yrs and they fired me because I was working a part time job in order to pay rent the old owners gave me free rent plus a bonus each and every month then when Concord took over they started charging me for rent I was available for tenants bet 7am-1pm by law I could only work 4hours per day and here I was available for 6 hours per day in the day time when all maintenance requests are usually done, only to find that the new manager was available bet 4pm-8pm. 4pm is the time the workers are done for the day!! I worked 9mins away where if there was any type of emergency i was available to leave work to get to the emergency! This building is a slumlord building take it from me not only was I the manager it was also my home for me and my dog Jimmy. God forbid there would a broken pipe in the middle of the night flooding a unit with me and tenant freaking out, I wasnt saved til the next morning when everything has been damaged ruined. They recently hired a new management company along with a new manager to deal with all the problems this building has they hired a new company because Concord did not want to deal with the problems. all the problems this building has. This building was built in 1928 so of course its going to have problems. The rent is way to high the only good thing about this building are the older tenants who have the patience to deal with the problems this building has, this is also their home. Thank Goodness they are protected by West Hollywood rent control and protected by the City of West Hollywood as well if your interested moving into this roach infested building beware you have been warned!

Since Concord management took over its worse then when the slumlords owned the building. It's currently under renovation. Very cheap floors + fixtures being put in. They will try to ask for high rents. Beware of renting here. Elevator broke for over a year. Pipes leak. Laundry room floods, Homeless in garage. Only Plus is its rent stabilized. Not worth over 2k a month and that is what the "new" rents will be. Look elsewhere.
