From my recent experience leasing my home in Woodland Hills for a year already, Turn-Key property management is one of the top property management companies I have ever dealt with. They provided a superior service that ensured that my property was well maintained, in compliance, financially sound and positioned /marketed properly. Everyone at Turn-Key Management, including David, our property manager ,was professional, hardworking and trustworthy. He was actively involved in managing the property and addressed all tenant's requests and concerns on time. The online portal's statements let me see all the tenant's requests, expenses, and payment financial statements, which gave peace of mind towards the end of the year. Turn-Key has years of experience in the construction field, so it was a major point why I chose them. They offered free semi-annual routine maintenance and gave me periodic updates and provided additional recommendations regarding the condition of my plumbing.I recommend them for doing business with; such a huge change from the previous management company, which never replied to my emails and texts.
