    Incredible team and perfect work! Edwin Lopez was the GC on this job and was incredibly communicative, fast, and kind. Truly such a pleasure to work with. He will not stop until your home looks perfect. Also, I was very impressed with his level of professionalism. He showed up on time, responded timely to texts, and was always available. I am very grateful to Edwin for making a usually painful process so easy and painless!!

    After my house fire in August 2023, my insurance agent connected me with Allied Restoration (Tim Bauer in particular). From day 1, Allied held our hands through the process and kept us moving forward when we couldnt. They sent an EMS team out that night to secure the property and photograph all our belongings. The next day, Noel Torres and Tracy Faucher met us at the house to set a plan. They were the bright light in a very dark time. Everyone has been beyond phenomenal and kind to us; and the whole team worked to get us what we deserve. Some additional shout-outs: Talia Mantilla, Michelle (contents), James McLendon, Stewart, and everyone else that worked on our home! THANK YOU!!!

    Horrible people and company. Inexperienced techs that not know about the trade. Horrible management. Horrible work quality. Unorganized company people. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. For any services they will screw your property and insurance.

    I have a good experience working with Allied Restoration Services. 1. Crew members follow IICRC S520 standard for the remediation of mold damaged structures and contents to make sure that plywood properly dried out and applied antimicrobial mold treatment. 2. Crew members are professional with good manners and willing to communicate for their works. 3. I have a good communication with George, the supervisor to update the status and express my concern when needed. 4. The majority of damages are on the celling and wall surrounding the staircase. Engineers overcame the technical difficulty so that they can work on the ceiling. They do have engineer knowhows. 5. Their price is reasonable. I wished that the project can be scheduled faster and finished earlier. However, I know that most popular Restoration Services are working on multiple projects and adjust its schedule based upon the emergency. I am partially responsible for the delay due to the roofing replacement too. I also wished that the engineer set up dehumidifiers and fans can spare time to explain how it works so that I would not scratch my head and wonder why one water basket was full of water and the rest were not. I am an engineer and I would make sure they function and position properly if I know how the whole thing work (Thanks to Jacob to explain to me later). I would be able to alarm the abnormality and malfunctioned dehumidifier earlier. I do know that those equipments were set up at the end of the day after the whole day of demolishing work. It's a learning experience to me too. It is positive. Thanks to the team.

This review was written by someone who worked for us for less than 3 days. He received no less than six complaints from various coworkers who had toxic run ins with him because he felt like he knew everything.You can see that he's left numerous reviews for construction companies at strange hours when he is likely intoxicated.To his point, when he was working for us, we did 100% have a horrible technician.
