Got a used smart from an outside party. I tried calling this center to get information about how to acquire a new key for the smart. I called before 5, I guess someone named Sharon picked up, told me to hold on after I asked my question. Approaching half an hour on hold and repair services are definitely closed by now. I don't know if customer service is better in-person but definitely bad customer service when you attempt calling unless you want a new car. Will probably edit the review once I'm forced to come in for assistance but as it stands I wouldn't bother getting help over-the-phone
