Healthy Smile Group

Went in for my first dentist in several years (yuck, I know!), but all the staff was super nice. The dental assistant (or hygienist?) and the dentist were both super gentle. I got full mouth X-rays and a dental cleaning. Normally, I leave dentist offices sore but I didn't have any discomfort this time! I appreciate everyone at the office :)

Receptionist was very rude. Don't recommend coming to this place. Won't acknowledge you when you come in or the receptionist just simply answers you with a bad attitude. Better offices to go to in the area than this one .

The decor needs to be upgraded. The place is a hot mess with worn down decor. Dentist Patricia Lopez is the only dentist in the office so I can't imagine wait times during a regular season. She's a wee bit difficult to understand being that she has a heavy accent. Words between clients and her can easily get miscommunicated.

All staff are friendly and do their job well with the exception of one of the receptionist, Alexis. I had referred a couple of family members there, but their visits to this place were not what they expected. It is a shame that due to the unprofessionalism of one person, the family members I had referred had a bad experience. I would not recommend going there! :(
