I cant thank Carlos enough for his excellent customer service and numerous glasses adjustments that hes done for me over the last couple of years. I am always greeted with warmth and a smile. I had a pair of reading glasses that were bent so badly and he some how fixed them back an almost perfect condition. I cant thank them enough for offering such first class service. I will definitely recommend my family and friends to come here for their vast collection of glasses and services.

This place has really gone downhill from where it used to be. Everyone there is rude. Last time they had gave me a call and left a message and I called back asking for more information on why they had called me and the guy literally hung up on me. Called to place an order for contacts and its always something new with them.. I keep going back to give them the benefit of the doubt, but every time it just gets worse.. Definitely taking my business somewhere else

I can only schedule appointments on weekends. It's frustrating that despite the website saying they are open until 1 PM on Saturdays, they're actually only available early in the morning around 8 AM. If they don't want to accommodate customers later in the day on Saturdays, they should simply refrain from offering those time slots. This miscommunication wastes my time.
