If this place can receive 0 stars that would be the rating I would give. DONT BOTHER SHOPPING HERE! The cheap gold that they have is not worth the money that you are spending here. Within a 3 month span, the so called "14k gold" earring I bought here BROKE APART. No worth the risk of piercing here either unless you want an ear infection or being stabbed by a ear gun. Never shopping here again. The so called manager on duty wasn't even trained properly how to handle returns/exchanges when I tried to ask about the warranty on the earrings I got. Look elsewhere that has better service and not ignorant staff.

One star is way overrating this place. Took my 4 yr old to get pierced. She was so excited. First off the manager who pierced her was so unprofessional. We felt rushed and so disconnected from the experience. That night her right earring fell out. I called the following day and no answer so I went in and spoke to a manager. Called 2 days later to file a claim and was told I would hear from someone with 10 days but to try going into the store to see if they can re-pierce her. Fast forward to today I walked in and began to tell the lady everything that happened along with providing her with my receipt and the bag with the earring in it and she proceeded to make excuses or blame my four-year-old for the fact that the piercing fell out within 24 hours of getting it done. I could not believe the unprofessionalism of this lady she told me the only way I'm gonna get a refund as if I take the other earring out of my daughters ear, which ultimately my daughter is going to be uncomfortable and cry. It's almost like she got excitement out of seeing my poor child in pain. I was so livid that my choice of words at this point were not ok. I would never recommend this place and so surprised they are still in business
