I contacted Shelly initially about my current Farmers auto policy because my agent at the time was not helping me with what I wanted to do. Shelly went above and beyond and even helped me over the phone after hours to figure out what was the best solution for me. I ended up switching to her as my agent and she answered all of my questions about my coverage for my policy. I could not be happier that I called her.

Shelly was referred by a close friend when I was looking to explore auto-insurance changes and she has single-handedly been the best resource for all of my insurance needs. Beyond performing due-diligence as an agent to find great rates, Shelly was ready to inform me on all the variables of the process. Providing better service than my prior policy issuers or any companies I phoned for quotes, Shelly was happy to answer any questions I had and I'm sure I'll be continuing my business with her for years moving forward. It's refreshing to feel that you aren't just being sold policies for short-term gains, but rather gaining knowledge you can apply in future insurance discussions.

I have been working with Shelly for about 2 years now, I have a policy through her and she is straight forward and will answer any question or concerns.  She also did some follow up with me and I know I can call her for other insurance related questions.  She is not like other agents that sell you a policy and then walk away.  I will be using Shelly from now on for my insurance needs.

I'm entering my third year working with Shelly. She is super personable and always goes above and beyond to make sure that you're getting the right policies for YOU! Shelly's always available to advise - even when it comes to situations that she's not even involved in and makes all her resources available to you.I really couldn't imagine working with another insurance agent.Thank you for everything that you do, Shelly!

Shelly is an excellent insurance agent and an even more amazing person!  Its rare to find an agent that actually cares about their job, let alone the well-being of their clients.  She exhibits great patience and delievers the same high level of customer service with great attitude every time we communicate.  She always explains the policy and procedures of whatever insurance related issues I ask promptly and in full detail (and I know I ask the same questions every time because who really understands insurance policies lol).  She goes above and beyond her role as your agent to communicate and assist as well as follow-up with whoever to get your work done/moving; she really treats and looks out for you like shes family.  I highly recommend Shelly as an insurance agent and if youre not with Farmers, you definitely should explore switching over; thats how great she is!  You and your house and/or car will not regret it!
