Pros: clean rooms, breakfast, shoutout to the overnight staff. I called at midnight cause the room next door had been yelling for hours. They immediately sent security and the room stopped .
Neutral: location. It is super convenient and close to this but I had a room farthest away from the highway and holy smokes you still hear it. So it kind of cancels each other out.
Negative: the blackout curtains are ones that dont move over the sheer ones so if light bothers you in the morning good luck. There was a huge stain on the mattress but it was on the underside. The thermostat lights up the whole room.
I would stay here again.

I arrived a bit early. Martin was incredible and helped get me settled in and was so kind and helpful explaining to me the area! Truly so nice to have such great guest service experience and represent the Marriott brand. Will definitely be back very clean hotel and the pool and hot tub are great.

I was charged for an upgrade I hadn't requested or received. Management insisted I go an upgrade to a king suite when I had reserved a double queen room for my brother and I as we visited our mother to make end of life arrangements for her. This was already an emotional stressful trip and to be treated as if I were lying compounded the stress. She refused to concede to the mistake over and over again. On top of that, I am a Gold Elite Marriott Bonvoy member and have the perks of a free upgrade. I eventually got refunded by Bonvoy but the fight was unjust and unwarranted. I never received an apology or acknowledgement of the management 's error.
The room was clean and our stay was comfortable. That was really nice.
