Michelle was very helpful in assisting me with my health insurance coverage, in both getting everything set up and also getting my premium cancelled after I got a new job. She took the initiative to check in with me during both processes and made sure I was taken care of.

Michelle is a fabulous agent. I was first connected with her through Covered California's website. She answered my questions and helped me set up insurance for my family. Then, over the next few years she proactively reached out to let me know of upcoming changes, to help me continue to manage my coverage.
