        I didnt like how the flowers came looking half dead and paid for a balloon and it didnt come with it it was pricey for what I ordered I expected to be better.

        This West Covina location is so horrible. I've had several issues with them. I ordered fruit for my friend once and they weren't fresh and just today my boyfriend ordered a preserve rose and I didn't even get it. Instead they gave me some half dead roses. It's Valentines Day and this is what you give people? They should be ashamed. I will never order from this company or use this location ever again.
