West Covina Family Medical Center

Had to wait a little bit but I understand that there are other patients ahead of me. Service was good, all my questions were answered and the staff/doctor took good care of me. Much happier here then my previous doctor.

This office just like the Glendale office is BAD. They never answer the phone return messages or respond to emails. Maybe at one point this doctor was a good one but not lately. You are better off getting a doctor's appointment in another country then this place.

Would give a half star if Possible. Rude on the phone and even more rude and they really don't care here about you. Who would have thought a place for healing and medicine would cause more stress and issue more problems than patients have when coming in. Waited for 3 hours WITH  a supposed appointment. Girl at desk tried to tell me they didnt make any appointments for today but then remembered why i was coming in because SHE was the one who booked my appointment. They then tell me after 45 minutes to "just go to abother urgent care we are busy."Was there for total of 3 hours. With nothing more accomplished than when I walked in. Awful guest service. Especially in a time like this where our health is so important. Shame on these people. Taking advantage of people who cant choose where else to go. My insurance chose this as my Primary Care Physician... not anymore. Immediately chose another one. This place is disgusting how they treat and take advantage of people. If you cannot handle the business STOP PRACTICING. This is peoples health you are dealing with... not a mom and pop shop!

By far the worst place to get medical help. There always closed as there hours say there open right on the door. I have come multiple times and called. It's been over a month of back and forth. They did a referral to get my MRI done and only did half the paper work. My MRI got canceled because they didn't know what paperwork was needed as the other clinic requested. Not only have I tried calling but the other clinic has too either one of us was able to get ahold of them. Now I have to start seeing another Dr. Just to get going on my MRI. Do not recommend this place. Unless you have months of time to wait.
