I don't know why you're sending out emails about how we can lower energy bills meanwhile you're out here manipulating working class citizens bills. I see the charges and the takebacks and the offsets you guys are doing and the rates this is not regulated and I will report you guys if you guys continue to go this route. This is unethical on so many levels. You charge me $140 then redact it then charge me $70 it's okay for you guys to do that to my bill??? Do you not understand how everything is going up and you guys are just making it even worse with manipulating the charges???? do you not understand how everything is going up and you guys are just making it even worse with manipulating the utility charges???? You guys are taking money that isn't being audited correctly and I hope you guys get audited for how you are running your business this is really unethical. All you guys care about is selling your appliances so then we can save money on electricity meanwhile it's just more things to add to be drowning in debt. This is all scam-like behavior. They riding the inflation bus too. No one's safe. They sent me an email saying that my bill was $76 just to tell me that that email was incorrect and charged me double of $140, I just want to know, Am I paying for someone else's electric bill that's why they doubled my bill? This is unethical and bad business. I have no words The utility bill is now want to be based on income and I don't want to tell anyone how much I make if it's going to come to this. Meanwhile they have programs to help people with low income while the middle class is suffering and footing the bill. There's no available operators to talk to because they're all making a way like a bandit playing this inflation game with the utility bills. All I have to say is God is watching and there is no shortcuts in life and they want to increase my bill two-fold. I pray that God will see the real truth in all of this.
