Bowlero West Covina

Update 5/7/23 The bowling atmosphere has improved quite a bit as far as having staff available buuuuut and it's a big BUT, most of them don't really seem to have a purpose or know what they are doing. I watched the phone ring at the front desk while the clerk helped a patron and 2 other workers stood behind the desk not doing much. Then while I was trying to get my lane her coworkers rudely talked to and distracted the clerk which made it take even longer for her to help me and answer any phone calls. As long as the Manager named Joe is there things are smooth but without him is different The staff is there but they don't really work as a team to help the customer experience run smoothly.

Great bowling alley 56 lanes drinks OK not all that. Food prices a little high.

Excellent service, great maintenance, and excellent pro shop. by far one of the best bowling centers and pro shop.
