leased new elevation. It seemed super fast but it was also during the week. I think the total time spent at the dealership was 1.5 hours. Which is very fast. Rudy was very easy to work with and so was the finance department. I would 100% recommend working with Rudy. I first was on the GMC website which put me in contact with Rudy. He text message me and most of my dealings with him at first was by text, until I was ready to lease. I Think that saved me an enormous amount of time.

This dealer gets it. Its about people and not necessarily the product. I can get my vehicle serviced at any dealer. The work across the board will be the same. In my experience, not all dealers understand the value of customer service. Explaining things to people and making them welcome is the key to attracting customers and keeping them.
