Omg, I cant believe what a great job Tom the technician did. It is literally a day turnaround time from the time my Samsung washer lid parts arrived with Tom together to the next day services! This company is great and legit, I highly recommended their service!

Steven is a good guy, professional and knows what he's doing - gave us a discount the first we called and was really friendly about it but scheduling is really tough on this one. This is the second time I scheduled for an appointment that didn't go on time and this time he actually didn't called back nor came at all. He said he'll call on Friday to confirm but didn't and then Saturday came he didn't come at all. My first time with him I scheduled for a morning appointment and I had to keep calling just to remind him and he came the almost night time even though his business is literally 1.2 miles away from our house.
