Raeid was recommended by a close friend of mine who had worked as a realtor with Raeid when he started and went with him when he opened his office. When I explained to her that I thinking of selling she recommended I talk with Raeid. When I expressed my concerns and my wants to her she said Raeid was the realtor I wanted. After meeting with Raeid and deciding to proceed he scheduled all inspections and arranged for needed repairs. In a short period of time we were ready to list the house. There were multipe offers the first weekend, one was accepted and we were in Escrow by the middle of the week. Raeid knows the market and how to accomplish all aspects of the sale. Needless to say Raeid fulfilled my expectations, and should I need a realtors services in the future I will use Raeid.

Five Stars to Raeid. His negotiation skills are really great. Raeid is not only a real estate agent, he is an entrepreneur himself. When he represents you, Raeid is honest and direct to the point. He tells you what he thinks about the project based on his experience of 25 years in the real estate business. Raeid helps you either buy or sell a property as if it was his own, he shows you the numbers and you make the decision. As Raeid says, " numbers do not lie".
