        I needed help unclogging a shower drain that had a lot of buildup in the pipe. When I called Roto Rooter I got someone to help me right away and said they would have someone out within the next 2 hours. I was shocked at how quickly they could get someone out. I heard back from the technician an hour later he came out right away. The technician was nice, straight to the point, I showed him the drain and he got to work right away. He unclogged the drain with the auger machine in less than 10 minutes. Service all around was great! However, Im unsure if I will be using Roto Rooter again in the future unless its an emergency situation. They charged me $543 to unclog the drain that took less than 10 minutes of work. I was asked to agree to the price before work was started so yes I agreed. I could have declined the price but I assumed it was a big job that required a payment of that amount. I paid it and moved on. I felt the price was really high for what they did. Edit: The owner made a point to reach out to me via email and phone call. He was really nice and explained that the higher price does come from the immediate service and that the payment goes towards all the people involved in getting that really quick service. So I would recommend using Roto Rooter to someone who has something they need done right away.

        Update since the last review The line was not cleared entirely. The tech did o Luzon half the job and 2 weeks later the other side of the line is now clogged and overflowing. He claimed he had snaked 120 feet but the actual line is only less than 100. They come on and say there is no warranty because of roots and want a full cost of another rooting. Complete rip off. I have used EJ PLUMBING always and never had issues. Used there guys because EJ wasnt able to send anyone in time. I should have just waited. Ill add photos of the mess tomorrow. Save your money and sanity and use ej plumbing instead.
