I bought home insurance and they never told me that I had to take photos of myself and keep the purchase receipts or take photos of the store and the clothes so that they could validate the theft claim. The attention to the claim by Liz P. was very very unpleasant, very bad and bad attention and information, it is always the same person who answers when I dial to find out about my claim. They gave me no answer, no photos, no tickets, they can't help me. I do not recommend home insurance with AAA at all. IT IS TOO MUCH STRESS AND THEY DO NOT HELP AT ALL. BUY ELSEWHERE AND BE TOLD IF YOU SHOULD TAKE PHOTOS AND KEEP PURCHASE RECEIPTS FOR YEARS. I will not insure myself again with you

Waited OVER 3 HOURS for a tow that didnt show up. They left no way to communicate. By the time they sent someone out, I had already made it to where I needed to the car through other means.
If youre unfortunate enough to have to rely on them, youre screwed.
When they initially called, they said you can pay for a tow from a third party and then file for reimbursement.
No guarantee though, so whats the membership even for?

Easy in and out. No waiting and no appointment necessary. Convenient location. Very positive experience to renew my car tabs.
