I stayed at this campground on 4/6/24, that was my second time there, we loved the cabin. The site has great accommodations, very family oriented, however, theres also Glamping cabins like the one we stayed that are very cozy and makes for a great couples getaway, super close to the beach 3-5min drive. Awesome place 10 out 10.

We just arrived home after a fantastic weekend here. We stayed in our camper, so cannot attest to the cabins, but it was so lovely to have full hookups (including a dog pen for our fluffy family member). The whole site was amazing and there was always something for the kids to do and our kids were so happy. The playground and jumping bag was such a huge hit, as was the heated pool. Just be warned - there is a make your own pixie stick machine in the store. Thankfully my kids didnt realize what it was haha All of the staff that we came across were so lovely and kind. Cant wait to come back!

$25 to use the dump station seems excessive.

We strongly advise against staying at this KOA. Despite being loyal members for many years, our recent experience during Spring Break for a family reunion was horrific. The cabin we stayed in was infested with rats, with the pests living in the walls and underneath the structure. To make matters worse, a rat actually ran out of the BBQ grill when we turned it on, before scurrying back under the cabin. We requested a new grill, as it was our only source of heating food, but despite assurances that one would be provided, it never materialized. Throughout our stay, we were constantly disturbed by the sounds of rats climbing in the walls, gnawing under the cabin, and fighting. It was impossible to sleep. Despite bringing the issue up with the Manager multiple times, the response was inadequate. The maintenance team placed 2 sticky mouse traps far from the obvious entry points, and left additional traps for us to place ourselves. Despite requesting bait blocks for under the cabin, they were never provided during our stay. When we originally went to the KOA they claimed they didn't know anything about the rats but after a quick look under the cabin and back hatch, it was very apparent this had been an issue for a long time. Piles of garbage, nests and insulation pulled from walls, along with rat droppings that were everywhere and some sign (poo) very old. We would have left had it not been Spring Break (no nearby accommodations had availability) & if we hadn't driven thousands of miles to meet family also staying there. Overall, our experience at this KOA site was extremely disappointing and we would not recommend it to anyone. We were given a 50% discount but honestly, I can't imagine any other facility/ location would charge with a pest infestion. I'm not afraid of rats & get we are "in nature" but this was just gross. I wish I could attach the numerous videos I took where you could hear the rats all night... For future (not at this KOA) we'll do a walk around/ through upon arrival to ensure we don't miss tell tale signs of pests. I went to the office numerous times and emailed the manager, this was the last thing I wanted to post but they were given every opportunity while we were there, and after, to make it right but failed to do so.

We're sorry to hear that you found our dump station fee to be excessive. We strive to maintain our facilities to the highest standards, and the fee helps us achieve that. We appreciate your feedback and invite you to reach out to our General Manager directly at +1 831-722-0551 or [email protected] to discuss this further.
