Told them I want automatic payments and they didnt put it on and lost insurance. Will go to a new insurance where the workers speaks english

The service was OK but the prices are definitely outrageous. The way they try to charge you $350 to open up a policy as a broker fee and theyre still open about it and theyre like oh no we cannot lower that price its like OK bye Im gonna go shop around somewhere else, I understand you have to charge a broker fee, but 350 is kind of a high fee and they go based off your record. I dont think a broker fee should depend off your driving record because youre not even insuring me. The third party is you guys are just the middle man anyway I didnt purchase it. And the way they explain everything is annoying I just wanna buy a policy and they take hours to give you quote are u guys thats helpful with claims too ? or just call the 1800 number defy staying away from you guys
