        We get a letter from Aaron's real estate every couple of months or so wanting to buy our land. Their operation appears to be looking up public property records and sending out offers around 10% of what the record shows. 'after doing some serious research we have decided to increase our offer' - this was in their latest letter, lol. an extra hundred bucks My wife and I do get a good laugh out of them, hence the extra star.

        This company is a joke. I paid 50k for 3 mountain acres in GA and this company insulted me by offering 5k. I would never be that desperate and even if I Was.. Id take a loss before selling to them
