If a 9 minutes response means no one take care of your case, I would say good luck with you next insurance agent. Last but not least, your English seems good from this comment. How come you don't understand insurance company's message. They told you that you only need to pay $100 deductible to replace your car windshield. And you think they are only going to pay $100. This is the question that you were asking us in the wechat group and we got back to you in 9 minutes. Please do me a favor. next time using the 9 minutes to read insurance company message carefully instead of trying to leave a English negative review here.

You messaged us with your questions in wechat on 1/10/2024 11:31 am. Our team replied your message on 11:40 am. 9 MINUTES GAP IN MESSAGE AND YOU SAID IT IS TOO SLOW. We spent an hour to help you with your auto glass claim. I called you back on the same day to review this matter and let you know that if you are really urgent, please feel free to call the office not just leave a message on wechat. We always have people answering phone calls. You told me that you are expecting us responding to you within 3 SECONDS, this is a standard requirement in China. That's hilarious. You came to the US and use china standard to measure our service. We conduct business mainly by phone & email. You can talk to us in Wechat because we try to help you to use the way you feel comfortable, but it should not be a weapon for you to attack us. The way you talked to us is very RUDE, like you are superior, and our insurance service personnel are considered inferior to you. And this is not the first time you being rude. You have messaged us during weekend, which is not our working hour, stated that our service was very poor, and we eventually found out it was that you cannot find the document you want because you overlooked the document we sent you. There are many reasons that I let you go. As a service person, we have the right to refuse serving anyone who is RUDE and disrespectful. Servicing you is exhausted. Hope your next insurance agent can survive.
