image Worst customer service in America. Im surprised theyre even allowed to do business at this point. Super shady practices. Management is horrible and needs revising and help. I dont see this business lasting any longer with the rude staff and horrible company regulations that they will lie to you about when convenient for them so they save money. Last priority is customer satisfaction at Poundex. Dont even think about calling during their 2 hour lunch period . These people are NOT there to work. Save time and money and go elsewhere.

image HAVE BEEN DOING BUSINESS WITH POUNDEX FOR SEVERAL YEARS. CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST KEEPS ON GETTING WORST. ITS ALWAYS A FIGHT TO GET ITEMS EXCHANGED OR RETURNED WITHOUT POUNDEX TRYING TO CHARGE A FEE. PLUS MANAGER KIMBERLY IS THE WORST PERSON YOU CAN DEAL WITH AT POUNDEX SHE RUDE AND TALKS TO YOU LIKE YOU'RE STUPID. WILL LIQUIDATE ALL MY POUNDEX INVENTORY AND STOP BUYING FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY.

Upon reviewing your concerns, we would like to provide clarification on the situation. Upon receiving images of your damage items claim; it was determined one of the items had been damaged in transit and is not a manufacturer damage or defect; an RMA was provided for the other item. Since you use a third-party carrier, the damage in transit claim needs to be brought to their attention as they are liable to ensure the merchandise is delivered intact to your location. Furthermore, carriers are responsible for inspecting merchandise, is in good condition before signing the invoice and loading it on their truck, any damages must be reported to our warehouse staff before leaving our premises, for our staff to take the steps necessary to replace or inspect any merchandise that does not meet the standards. We take great pride in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers; over the past years, we have been working diligently implementing procedures in place, as well as trained our personnel to ensure we meet your expectations, we regret it was not the case this time. image Worst Wholesaler in southern California! I've worked with them for years as a dealer. Low end furniture for customers on a budget is how I'd describe the quality of the furniture. Cheap prices for cheap quality furniture. Reaching out to them is a nightmare especially if you have a problem. They make returning defective or bad parts a huge issue. Only allow for credit(even if the parts is bad or wrong from them!)most staff there have a huge attitude problem, I'm unaware of the new staff as I haven't spoken to them since I left about a year ago. I'm not sure who Olga is as I've been lied to many times by the staff there claiming she's the supervisor and then told she's the manager. Why lie if you didn't have something to cover up? They intentionally hang up the phone on your face if you ask them to transfer or have important questions. I'd give this company -100 stars if I could as they couldn't care less of customer satisfaction and only care about their lunch time and gossiping behind the counter. It's a shame because the new building is nice but the people inside of it are ugly in and out and keep the company's rep ugly and rude like them. Never come here especially if you do retail.

image Your products are nice and inexpensive, that is the reason we buy from you, to offer furniture to our low end customers. Your system to place orders is INCONVENIENT due to the appointment requirements, and obligating customers to pay for the products four or 5 days ahead of picking up the orders.
I was told that if I place the orders via email, we can bring a check and pay COD.
I placed my last order by email and requested not to charge my credit card and Ariel Carrillo just IGNORED my instructions and made the charge.
The main reason of all the above is due to NON REFUNDS POLICY you have in place. I ordered a dining set in the amount of $209 and a sectional in the amount of $429 the total was $638 but my sectional customer canceled the order so I called Poundex to cancel the item too, but I still got charge the $638 and your associates didn't want to refund the money back to my credit card, they wanted to leave it as an open credit. You need to change that too.
