This accountant is a crook.  She has no ethics and do shameless money grab for anyone who would pay her.  She lies under oath, she let people use her name to create false documents, and cook books for anyone who would paid her.  I understand we all try to save tax but this women cheats business partners and other owners for whoever pays her.  Worse of all, she does fraudulent tax returns.  Again, we all try to save on our tax but defrauding the government and business partners on purpose is just wrong.  Stay away from her or get with her if you want to be audited.  The IRS is watching her and knows her games.  I am a victim myself.

The staff Sherry Yan is super efficient and very helpful. I sent the office an e mail on Sunday 11 pm to request the income tax return of my daughter in the electronic form for her refinancing. I got the files I needed on Monday 10 :30 am.Prior to this experience, I always have received good professional advise from Rachael Liang, CPA and her staff for the past 20 to 30 years.
