        My wife's experience ordering from this company was so bad that it was ludicrous. Their returns take three weeks and are often lost. Customer service is very little help. And their shipping fees are outrageous. My wife has given up ever shopping with them again. It's unlike any other online retailer - amazon, zappo's, you name it. NOBODY has shipping and return policies in the Dark Ages like J Jill does. It simply isn't worth it.
