MinuteClinic at CVS

I visited this minuteclinic June 14 6pm by appointment. The nurse David and the lady on duty were super professional and had a lot of patience. The day after the staff even had a follow-up call to make sure Im OK. They do care about their patients! Appreciate it for the help!!!

Complete waste of time simple antibiotics take care of the situation and they b******* you in the stain and do it all this work and just build new insurance and don't do d*** things to understand it emergency room waste of time I do not recommend minute clinic

Yikes! The nurse on duty when we went for our appointment (3/19/23) was SERIOUSLY negative, unfriendly and frankly kind of weird. It turns out that they could not take my granddaughter's insurance "due to her age." No explanation of what the heck that means - the nurse just kept saying that over and over. And it would have been great if they stated that anywhere on there website so I could have known that when I set up the appointment. But things happen, and I tend to just accept unpleasant surprises like that, but I was baffled at how weird the nurse was about it. NO concern shown for the patient, just an almost hostile attitude. (BTW - she wasn't rushed or anythng -- there was no one else there and we had an appointment.) I tried to be positive so as not to upset my granddaughter, who was already feeling ill. But we both left feeling confused and wondering why that woman is doing a job she clearly hates.
