I had records my dad made and sent back to my mom when he was in the air force stationed at Lubbock, TX during WW II. I wanted to be able to listen to them but, without a record player, was unable. Someone recommended Action Video. I was hesitant to send them to a company I knew nothing about but after the initial communication with the company I was very comfortable doing so. They notified me when the records arrived. After converting them to CDs, they also notified me when they mailed them back to me. I can't begin to say how special it was to hear my dad's voice from when he was only 21 years old. I smiled the entire time I listened to them - even when my eyes were filled with tears. Action Video had given me something that was priceless. They did an excellent job 'cleaning up' any static from the records. Not only did they do a good job on the CDs, their customer service is excellent. If you have memories you want to hear, please know you'll be as happy as I am with their service
