This is Scott. Scott is a very patient man. Scott knows his inventory. Scott has a sense of humor. He fitted me for a pair of sneakers when no one else was able to. First time in 7 months I have closed shoes on my feet. I am forever grateful.

Today (July 3) was a very busy day at Footwear. I thought people would be gone on vacation but they all came to buy shoes! I arrived before most of the crowd, and Scott was the one to help me. I'm extremely difficult to fit; I was at this store quite a few years ago and walked out without anything. But as Scott learned more and more about what my feet needed, he came up with shoes that worked. As the store got busier and busier, he stayed calm and helped others as well (there were at least two other people working there as well). I was very impressed with how he handled all the people. And impressed that he found me shoes that worked for my feet!

Always a positive experience. What shoe store can you go into and see the same, very experienced employees thru the years? They are highly trained in feet issues and all the shoes they carry. They are patient, until you find what's best for you...a Rare experience in retail today.
