This was the 4th house that John VanderMulen sold for us. I have nothing but the highest praise for him and his brother Tim. They were with me every step of the way and I always felt they had my best interest. I actually felt like they were family members. Nothing slips through the cracks as they are on top of it. I know they had other homes they were in the process of selling, but I always felt like they were just working with me. If you have the best why would you ever look anywhere else. These guys are the best!

John Vander Meulen and his team had never previously run into our particular scenario in John's extensive real estate business dealings. John and his team tackled a messy and emotionally charged transaction handling it with professionalism and poise. Furthermore, John acted positively in a fiduciary matter that arose in the deal answering my questions rendering some very good advice which benefited the outcome of our transaction. I would recommend John and his team to anyone I know.

I am grateful to have found John Vander Meulen. He identified updates that were required and recommended ones for me to consider that would improve the attractiveness of the home. Then he and his brother Tim secured bids from contractors and supervised the completion of the work since I live on the other side of the country. Once the house went on the market, John guided me through the negotiation process with expertise. The house sold quickly and at a price that was higher than I had originally expected. I highly recommend the Vander Meulen Real Estate Group!
