Doc was good but administration not good. Switching to another practice to avoid the hassle.
Was asked for copayment in person every time we went in and always paid, then kept getting bills for the copayment (which I believed we had paid). I am pretty sure we ended up paying more than once. Sent messages requesting payment history and received no response. One time while we were waiting I heard another woman at the counter complaining about the same thing; she complained she had paid previously but they were still billing her. I remember thinking at the time that I was glad it wasn't me, then the same thing happened to me. It seems the back office part of this practice is dropping the ball. One time we turned up for an appointment, sat around for a while and ended up having to reschedule.
Doc was good, no problems here, would rate higher if not for the lackluster administration.
