doctors are amazing, front desk ladies can be off putting / kind of rude. Glass frame selection not amazing but fine. again, love the doctors though, that's what's important.

A friend highly recommended Dr Roy who recently sold his practice ... my friend said that Dr Roy would only pass his patients on to someone really good ... and so he has. I would change that "good" to outstanding !  Dr. Chan is the best optometrist that I have seen ... and I have been wearing glasses for more than 40 years !  She never for a second seemed rushed during the appointment. The vast majority of doctors seem always ready to bolt out the door to the next patient who has been waiting too long ! The office is small, parking easy, and a good selection of frames, etc. My former optometrist moved from a small office to what I call 'the optometry-factory' with many doctors, staffed with rude people. I vowed to never return and I so pleased that I made the switch to Dr. Chan.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Chan. She is through and kind. I love the frames that I got and they worked with me to make sure the price was covered by insurance. I would highly recommend her.

Dr Roy is the best!! I hate going to any doctor but he made my appointment enjoyable. Hes really passionate about his job and it shows. I learned a lot about my eyes and keep learning each time I come in for a visit. Also, he recommended a better and cheaper contact solution than what I was previously using, I even told my friends about it and they started using it and like it much better. Really knowledgeable and great doctor!
