This is the worst company Ive ever dealt with. After an hour appointment and $370 to change a few words in my current Trust, I was promised completion in 3.5 weeks. At 4 weeks I checked in with them, they sent me a draft, and the entire thing had been completely jumbled up. Instead of removing my ex-husband, they designated a property to him. Instead of 3/3 of the property being designated, they designated 4/3. They added people in places that never were supposed to be there. Everything was a complete disaster. They told me to make the proper corrections and send it back. When I sent it back, they told me they didnt like the way that I had made the corrections. I wasnt given any instructions, except for to make the corrections and send it back. Furthermore, the person I was speaking with, was not Valerie Williams, who they claimed to be instead, it was Brooke Thurston. So now they also were fraudulently, pretending to be somebody that they were not. When I expressed that I was very dissatisfied and would like a refund they hung up on me. I do not recommend this company at all. Zero, they get a zero.

I am more than satisfied with the support and service received at the Guideway Walnut Creek location today. We met with Alex and he was able to provide the service in Spanish so that my father could fully participate. Its one thing for me to be there and translate but it was a lot more for him to be directly involved in the conversation. Alex was extremely helpful and supportive and explained everything along the way. He immediately gave us an overview of the process and explained the steps along the way. I will definitely return to seek out more of their services.

It took us so long but we finally found an LDA that spoke Spanish. Alex assisted my dad (who only speaks Spanish) with his estate planning and legal documentation. Alex was very helpful, responsive and answered all of my dad's questions. If you are looking for great service and in Spanish, this is the place to go just ask for Alex. Si necesita ayuda legal, pregunten por Alex, el habla Espaol. Es muy amigable y ayudo a mi papa con todas sus preguntas y preparar todos sus documentos.

I enjoyed my appointment at Guifeway. I primarily speak Spanish, and they had someone on staff who speaks Spanish that was able to assist me with preparing my documents. His name is Alex, he was so helpful and made this process much easier for me than I expected it to be.
