Noel came through with two refi's with flying colors. Not every escrow goes smoothly, underwriting can be a real pain... Asking for information multiple times, loosing information, etc. All of this well beyond the control of the loan broker. BUT... I was pleased when my rate lock was extended because of underwriting delays at no expense to us. I have recommended Frazier Mortgage to my friends.

We closed on our forever retirement home, a lake house. Wow It literally just fell in our laps. This was totally meant to be. Everything happened so quickly. I am so thankful for James and his entire team! James honesty, dedication and professionalism is unmatched! I believe James understood what I was trying to accomplish, the resources I had available and really had my best interest. I shopped around with other brokers and banks but Easy Low Rate was the best overall.
