I bought my first home with Dominic and team as my mortgage brokers. I had a lot of questions and needed people to be straight with me about what I could and could not afford (everything I learned about mortgages I learned from watching The Big Short), and I appreciated all the answers I received because they were frank, but also in plain English instead of financial lingo. The team's responses to my emails were also incredibly prompt, and they made themselves available at all times and were always very clear with what they needed from me. Also, just really nice and helpful actual human beings and not robots. All in all, an ideal experience of an arguably incredibly stressful process, and now I have my dream home.

Dom and his team were always open to communication. Dom would answer any questions that I had. When I first started my loan process, it was very intimidating but Dom made sure I knew that he was available for any questions what so ever. I decided to hold off on applying for a loan because the process became so intimating. Dom made sure to keep in touch with me until I was ready to start the process. I finally took the leap and it was much more easier that I had anticipated. His team was very patient with me and always assured me the next couple steps. He is very knowledgeable and in this market you want a loan officer who knows exactly what they are doing. As a first time home buyer he gave me options which were great. The market has changed a lot and he made sure to communicate with me and what his goals were. Thank you everyone!

Dominic and his team were amazing. Communication and coordination with all team members made a very smooth process. It was great that we could email, call, or text before and during the home buying process. The website was user friendly when uploading documents or navigating to find more information. Team members educate you from day 1 and throughout process and are big on research, look at trends in the market to help guide you. Team also provides you with different options and you as the buyer can select what is best for you. Team values transparency and effective communication. We were able to close earlier than expected and were extremely satisfied with the service provided.
