Julie and her team are amazing! She came up with the best loan package for our situation, and as we went through the approval and closing process, they worked with the HOA, insurance, realtors, and us to get everything needed in a very speedy way. We've worked with her a few times before, and I can't imagine using anyone else for a home loan.

I got lucky having the opportunity to work with Julie, but you don't have to rely on luck, you can reach out to her and experience the magic for yourself. Julie and her team are incredibly friendly, great communicators and have a seamless online process that makes the homebuying experience seamless, efficient and effective. She was very quick to respond with answers to all of my questions, and was with me through the whole process. It was more than having a resource, it was having a supportive team that had my back and looked out for me. This was my first home buying experience and we were set to close in just 21 days, which is already very fast, but at the end, we ended up closing a week earlier and with $5,000 off the purchase price.
