Eric and his team (Thanks Marisa and Andrew) were so on top of the process from start to finish! They were extremely knowledgable, patient and friendly when walking my wife and I through our first refi. We got the best rate possible (locked in with their advice right before they started to go back up), eliminated our mortgage insurance, and and lowered our monthly payment. The added touch of returning emails, texts and calls throughout was really reassuring and helped alleviate any and all stress. Eric and his team were so ON TOP OF IT during my whole re-fi process I was completely blown away. I was receiving updates at each step of the way to where I was never left wondering if my deal was "falling through the cracks." They also used a portal for all the documents that needed to be signed, uploaded, or downloaded. This was not only convenient, but was always another great way to track if they were waiting on me for something, or if they had everything they needed. So many other lenders just rely on email and tend to ask for documents you've already sent them. Overall I was SOOO impressed with Eric and his team, and the way that they work, that I've been happy to refer my friends to them. Will definitely use them again.
