I'm the first time home buyer and actually have no one to ask or trust . I have zero knowledge about home buying process . He is not only my loan officer but also the person who will answer all of my questions even at night time.He even taught me how to negotiate with the seller. Because of him , I got money from the seller for 7 days he rent.I asked him so many questions even though it's not related to loan process.He guides me the whole process like he is my guardian.I'm so lucky that he was my loan officer. He can understand my conditions and find the way to get the loan. He is patient enough to answer some of my stupid questions.He will be my life time loan officer. 100% I recommend him especially for people who never gone through home loan process .
