I am trying to call the office to follow up on the ear drop that the doctor prescribed for my son but CVS did not receive the fax. But no one is answering the phone. I tried to call this office multiple times but no luck. What is happening? I think this is disservice to the patients. Someone should look into this.

I used to love this office.  We started coming here over 9 years ago, when I was pregnant with my oldest.  Now in 2020-2022 I can not get through on the phone.  I've had to drive down to the office many times to talk to the front desk.  My usual wait time on hold is over 40 minutes.  They just called us this morning, to cancel our appt that is in 2 hours, they left a message.  Now I'm on hold again, trying to call back to see if we can be seen today from someone else.  I've tried to be patient the last few years, but with 3 kids that need appointments or attention, this is really becoming a problem for us.

This office is amazing! Doctors, nurses, front desk staff, online nurses, everyone! They respond fast to your messages, schedule appointments if needed, doctors are very polite and knowledgable and we never waited for more than 10 min. Usually, someone is with us in a few minutes. They really take precaution to prevent covid. I love dr Erburu. She was really great with our baby and answered all of 1001 questions we had. I would definitely recommend her to all parents.

My son's physician is Dr Huang and he is great! I would highly recommend him!! I also want to mention his nurse Lizette who is great with my son! She's so good with kids.
