This place was one of these reliable parlors, you'd be confident to get a decent massage every time and they also kept themselves above others both quality and service wise. However, that changed recently. It is the most expensive brothel in Walnut Creek now. Go figure the rest.

This used to be our favorite massage spa for couples. But in the last year I think they changed management and masseuses. They are rude, constantly leaving the room during the massage and waste time, and do not promote a relaxing environment. They also interrogate you if you dare to use a Groupon as if its a crime. This happened the last 2 times, so sorry to say that we wont be returning. You are supposed to go there to relax not get stressed. Sad because the old Lavender Spa was the best in the area.

It was super easy to book an appointment. They were attentive with our needs and checked in with us from time to time. We went in on a Sunday and it was well kept and clean. My friend and I did a couples massage and facial combo! It was a good deal and parking was easy. The facial and the massages were both pretty good. There was a jacuzzi in our room so we may get that next time we go here! I think that the restrooms are a service as well as you are a customer in their shop. There were having some flushing issues so that made it kind of weird to use personally, but overall everyone was talked to was super friendly and helpful. Thank you for having us Lavender spa!
