Sophie's Collection Fine Jewelry & Custom Design

Very odd shop. Doesnt follow their own store hours, had tried to go 5 separate times during their posted hours and no one was there. Then out of the blue I saw a sign on their door saying they would be out of town until March 6th. Didnt even warn their customers that the shop would be closed for a month. My husbands ring was there and we didnt have it for our wedding. Poor communication and inconsistent hours.

These people took my fiancs wedding ring to reset the main stone and proceeded to destroy the band along with 5 of the smaller stones. They said it would take 7-10 days and a month later they finally admitted to the damage they had caused. They also closed for 2 weeks immediately after they took our ring. Sophie is an absolute joke, she made everything seem like it was our fault. Do not use this company.

My son and I went to Sophies to discuss a wedding ring. We had gone to three other jewelers in Walnut Creek. We ended up with a custom ring and it is the most stunning ring I have ever seen. She took so much time to educate me and my son. Than you Sophie
