Where to start with AirCloud...We moved in May 21 to a location serviced by AirCloud. We notified them as soon as we took over. 3 months in there is an outtage and we contact them and they realize they had our account under the previous property owner still. Fast forward to April 21 and now "Dan" calls and says he hasn't billed us for almost a year and now wants to bill us for almost a years worth of internet + "account setup." He says he'll write something fair to and send it to me.Well what he sent was hardly fair. Still charged $100/month + setup for his failures at billing and records.Contacted them to negotiate. Teri ran like a chicken and passed it onto Dan again. Dan refused to budge or acknowledge we were even in this issue because of his companies failures at business practices.Dan has now fraudulently created a bill and made it past due to the point he sent it to collections! What a real honest business owner.If you don't know how Dan's internet service is provided he basically takes that 1 Gigabite that Comcast charges $100 bucks for and redistributes that signal through a network of point to point wireless devices. Basically Dan and his little company lost NO money by not billing us so the right thing to do would be to write it off.Let's do math 1 gig (1024 blah) federal government says broadband is considered 25 megs down, 5 up, split the 1024 by 25 but more because not everyone would need 25 at once so off one service connection split x $149 per person you do the math how much he's making.Nope Dans a jerk and just wants to fight it out.

Honestly pretty terrible customer service, they never respond to emails or calls, and the internet isn't very great either.

I agree with the previous response for this company.  The customer service is pretty bad.  I cancelled my service and they continued to billed me each month electronically.  I had to call back each month to get a refund.  I did receive a refund for some of the months but they failed to fully refund me totally.  It was only one month and $99 but come on.  I have left several messages saying I would like my refund back but no response.  I think they pick and choose when they want to respond to, if they want your services expect a call back, if they owe you a refund good luck getting your money back or a refund back.  I would not recommend this company.

In recent days and months, this Internet Provider (AirCloud Communications) for Morgan Territory Road has been non-responsive to phone calls after hours and on weekends. In years past, the provider would call their customers back but this company appears to hide behind voice mail without return calls and has yet to notify us when the services are disrupted. We have been a client for over a decade and it was costly for the initial installation and monthly calls compared to our internet provider at my office with another company. Since many clients in rural areas depend upon a reliable internet provider for cell phone coverage and communications, the decline in customer services is very disappointing, at best.
